      Starting pay is good, good work-life balance

      Cons

      No individual goals or targets, lack of career progression, temperamental IT systems, useless co-workers. Feels like a workplace where you're actively encouraged to slowly decay until retirement.

      Big Company and Nice building with a good working environment, staff are mainly friendly and helpful. Welcoming. Freedom to get on with your work and relaxed office atmosphere. Be able to work with many teams across many countries, and interact with people across various offices globally. Every Friday, the company provided free drinks and refreshments for the end of the day. Nice perks for gym discounts Friendly atmosphere

      Lack of progression Work can become mundane and repetitive The role can be tedious at times A lot of politics played amongst management which affects staff.
