Pros
you can learn politics / abusive language from female boss / salary deduction ideas / no more leave / late sitting ideas / dirty envorniment / worst washroom conditions / no tea for employee / dirty kitchen every time / no internet for media employee / even they dont have petty cash option. u have to buy infact drop there guest in your car no fuel allowances.
Cons
worst - even they can easily fire 10+ employee without any notification.
