I Love This Company!

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Autonomy in job. Varied and interesting responsibilities. Has a family feel to it. I feel appreciated and valued for what I do.

Cons

I love working here, and hope to retire. At the moment the only con is the downturn in the Trailer business, which will pick up again, so it's only a temporary concern.

Pros

Great opportunities within the IT department. This is a German based company and so yes a lot of decisions are made in Germany. I am US based though and my advice and opinions are asked for and valued . I saw one review by “head of IT” and that’s just sour grapes as he wasn’t as good as he likes to think. He almost cost a lot of people bonuses.

Cons

There are some issues as there are in any company, I think some policies are a bit dated and need to be revamped. A few bad apples as well but they usually fall from the tree :)
