I have been working at SAP Concur full-time

    Pros

Successful sales organisation means the financial rewards can be excellent. Opportunities to travel. If you get the right team and Sales strategy (driven by the local Sales Management) it can be an excellent place to work

    Cons

The culture is changing from a dynamic, employee focused, family-feel company to a larger organisation that is restricted by red tape and rules. Most likely due to the SAP acquisition

I worked at SAP Concur full-time

    Pros

Concur has a wonderful product and offers good vacation benefits.

    Cons

This place has changed a lot over the past couple years. Today many departments are a cluster of mismanagement and silos. There are a lot of politics and people in executive roles who should not be in those roles. Employee success is impossible if you land in a department where there is no support from upper management. The culture and values have changed since the SAP acquisition.

I worked at SAP Concur full-time

    Pros

The culture - all companies claim this, but it was different at Concur. Something in the air that makes it great. Highly collaborative, and friendly environment. Many smart people wanting to make the business move forward.

    Cons

Post-SAP acquisition, Concur started to change, as well as the culture. Still good, but evolving to something other than what made the company great.

I have been working at SAP Concur full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Awesome work environment. Great managers. Fantastic Teammates. Best place I've ever worked!

    Cons

After the SAP acquisition, things became a lot more "corporate" rather than the small company feel it had before. But being a part of SAP has been great!

    I worked at SAP Concur

    Pros

Lots of responsibility, real world work, and exposure

    Cons

Don't expect to get hired on full time, an HR executive admitted they bring loads of interns for cheap labor, rinse, wash, repeat. Now still looking for a job almost 9 months after my internship ended after previously being promised a role. SAP acquisition made things very murky and employees fear for their jobs, rightfully so lots of turnover while I was there. Had a friend who finished his internship early because he did so well and hasn't be able to find a job, might go back this summer as another intern. Good luck!

I have been working at SAP Concur full-time

    Pros

Company has historically had a great culture and has empowered employees to make decisions and have the flexibility and responsibility to impact their area and the larger business

    Cons

Size and SAP acquisition is ruining that agile and flexible approach. Regardless of the specific Concur size, SAP seems to not grasp how to integrate Concur into the larger company portfolio

    Pros

Excellent wages and benefits package. Will definitely develop you as a professional.

    Cons

Uncertainty around effects of SAP acquisition. Occasionally sales management can expect unrealistic movement on deals (daily) during quarter end.

I worked at SAP Concur full-time

    Pros

Excellent corporate culture, cares about it's employees. A good place to feel "part of the family." Also a very technologically oriented culture. The current CTO is just an amazing person and the strategic roadmap with his guidance has some very cool projects underway.

    Cons

SAP acquisition has some of the staff uncertain of the future. One of the things that made Concur a great company was it's independence and how it developed products and serviced the customer. Hopefully SAP will not mess with a good thing.
