      Great business modul and great benefits in a growing industry

      Cons

      Certain member of senior team creating a toxic environment and putting overs down to make themselves look good. Lies also created which is a massive shame.

      Getting home in one piece.

      Cons

      - Ladders, Handrails and Floor Grating around site in dangerous condition. - Witnessing failed/incorrect isolations on Live Plant/Machinery. - Corroded/Unfit for purpose Scaffolding. - Difficulty being issued correct PPE to do my job. - Carcinogenic we Ash bellowing all over the site and on to the Trans Pennine Trail daily due to insufficient measures put in place by the Company. - Unclean/unhygienic welfare facilities. - Rats/Lack of Pest Control.
