    I worked at SAS full-time

    Pros

Great benefits and work life balance. Great place to work

    Cons

Limited career growth for people. Usually people stay in the same job for a very long time.

    Advice to Management

Need a mentor program where if someone wants to switch different profession, there is a path for that.

I have been working at SAS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Culture, Benefits, Work Life Balance, Campus Style Setting.

    Cons

Advancement to other area or other jobs can be hard if blocked by road blocks, hula hoops, politics, or nepotism. Not as competitive of a salary as other companies but you have to look at all benefits and weigh what is important to you.

    Advice to Management

Set realistic goals. Set realistic quota. Use your own analytical software to improve on the ability of your employees to thrive, grow, and make competitive salaries.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at SAS part-time

    Pros

They r compassionate about our needs especially if need to change a day of work to another day in a pinch. I enjoy working for SAS

    Cons

The only down fall working for SAS is the .15 cents per mile after the first 30 miles. Especially when you rely on better mileage pay to help fix and take care of your personal car you use. Would be the most perfect job if had company car or better mileage pay.

    Advice to Management

Management is decent and helpful if u need help or info.

    Pros

Company has great benefits and some great people.

    Cons

Room for growth - lacking, . Career Paths- none, Hiring from within rare, very hard to move internally.

Managers some are because of where they were at the time doesn't mean they can manage or have people skills. Should hire from within to allow growth and advancement since there are no career paths.
