    None...i did like the people i worked with

    No real leaders...the teamleads had no real idea of what was going on.

    Pay your employees for the hours they have worked

    SAS has decent salaries and an absolutely great benefits package. Back office personnel were always friendly and professional.

    Cons

    Very flat org structure and unclear career paths.
