Pros

Paid the wages on time

Cons

Don't care about the customer - only how much money they can make out of them Don't care about their staff once 'signed up' Run by a hierarchy of 'mates' or 'buddies' - who don't know or care about what is really going on.

Pros

Unfortunately, there are no Pros left in SBM as it used to be known with such as high salaries, stable environment, or good medical insurance

Cons

Everything in SBM is rolling over a falling ramp very quickly. Reasons are many, but we can mention few for anyone plan to join SBM to think twice before making such a mistake. Medical insurance has been downgraded to class B for outsourced professionals and their families while keeping a VIP medical insurance for SBM local office attendees regardless of the effort or how much cash the outsourced employees push in SBM treasury. Your manager in SBM is your true enemy who advice the customer to end your contract because he only doesn't like you or because he is a narcissist and you don't give him enough prestige which he doesn't deserve for sure. Your salary will never ever increase even if you stayed for a 100 year. Salary increment is just for beloved hypocrites who know how to kiss the ars of their bosses regardless of any work or benefit to SBM. SBM now on a yearly basis try to cut the costs from all benefits of outsourced professionals while taking these costs to book flights and reserve hotels for young management as a bonus for their achievements which they didn't achieve in reality.

Good place to work but risky...

Pros

A good place to get hands on experience in your technology of interest. Packages and benefits are better than competitors.

Cons

HR and Government Relations departments will give you nightmares. Dont get trapped, read your contract and labour law carefully before signing anything. Job security is not there at all, they lay off all the time. No mechanism for appraisals or raise at end of year.
