      A fantastic warm organisation full of clever and happy associates. I learnt so much and was sad to have to leave the business

      Reactive work environment. Terrible Management, Project Managers. Old technology stack. Bottom of the barrel benefits.

      Wonderful people to work with, really makes you feel like family (So much so you get overworked and underpaid but feel compelled to at least try)

      Cons

      No room for growth, ever - must leave the company. I had a prestigious degree and they seemed to not need/want it for the position I was in.
