Pros
-You get to travel extensively once you know the product - Said travel often occurs internationally and everything is at the expense of the company - Pretty good pay for an entry-level job, with a generous allowance for meals
Cons
- Key managers lack the will to promote talent as everyone is seen as replaceable - No performance (and salary) reviews - if you stop travelling you might as well say bye to an important part of your income - HR people are naive and misleading at best, evil and dishonest at worst - lots of internal gossiping - not really great when it comes to work/life balance
