      Pros

      Diverse and interesting things to work on and management allows employees to take initiative. Good benefits. Professional environment. You are treated with respect and are expected to treat everyone in the company with respect as well.

      Cons

      May not be for people who expect clear career paths and career direction. Lack of community feeling at work.

      I have no pros. If I could give a negative 5 star I would.

      I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for this company. The first 2 weeks they were all nice let you leave on time and sometimes early. Mostly the girls in this office (with the exception of only a handful are nice respectful and helpful) are atrocious. They talk about you in Spanish and because you do not understand they will talk a lot of crap. If you are not Hispanic you will be treated unfair. Aside from that they all will bail out at exactly 5pm and leave you to deal with issues. It's not a secure environment as you always feel your job is threatened.

      they give not a lot of info about stuff you should know about. Seem to find one person to pick on and then pick so much they either leave or made to leave.
