Pros

Great people to work with at team/individual levels, will do what is needed to get job done, most content to sit in corner, be quiet, and do what is told, and do not question anything to fly under the radar. CEO appears to be genuine and his mission for financial institutions. Business teams are good to work with

Cons

High turnover rate for a small company, IT issues with sr mgrs (not qualified for role) and above, hostile environment, not female friendly, lacking career growth/development plans, PMO unstable females hired last 3 years are gone, people with complaints are blacklisted and a way is found to terminate them, females are not allowed a voice overruled by controlling intimidated males in sr positions, inner circle of sr mgrs gossip, talk negatively about others, act unprofessionally and lack integrity, take others ideas as their own, people are hired/promoted into management positions with no experience or training - only in it for title and bonus, causing major dissatisfaction, turmoil, and lack of proper management for employees - inconsistent with promotions only favorites are promoted, slow to change and are not open to hearing ideas for efficiencies, outdated tools and technology, no training allowed except for favorites, questionable hiring practices, contractors hired to do projects leaving engineers to do mundane tasks, afraid of going agile, talking and open collaboration frowned on; strategic information not shared with lower level

IT hostile abusive toxic no diversity

Pros

People in the trenches are great to work with. Very Talented but they have no clue how they are rated and will very rarely get promoted. Upper IT mgmt is very calculating and deceptive - the working teams really have no idea of how bad it is. They would be better off working elsewhere where they would be appreciated, able to flourish, and work in a professional environment that accepts and encourages diversity, new ideas . The grass is greener elsewhere

Cons

IT sr managers unqualified, violate hippa laws, unprofessional, gossip about their direct reports making jokes and disparaging remarks (looks, religious beliefs , partner preferences...) no diversity, intimidated and insecure by strong intelligent females and any new ideas, manage by fear and manipulation, promotions and goal setting are a joke, yell and curse at employees threatening physical abuse, creating hostile and toxic environment, hostile and abusive to female employees, very high turnover, only feel comfortable hiring males into leadership roles. Clique of old timers think they are better than everyone-speak of how lazy and inept the development staff are, their only interest is their yearly bonus, yet they have no new ideas or know how to manage. The senior managers continually bad mouth executive mgmt .technology and tools are inadequate. The list is endless. Absolutely awful .Stay away at all costs.
