      Pros

      not many.. the clothes are nice and we have a digital online learning platform

      Cons

      where do i start.. they claim to be inclusive/diverse and people focused, yet all management are white.. look at the pictures posted on Linked in ( esp for the UK) of higher management for factual information.. they pride themselves on family values, but have the highest turnover of staff, the head office management gossip with store staff, so everyone is talking about everyone.. the most toxic environment to work in AVOID !!!

      Pros

      Great autonomy to run your business and progress it to next level. Basic support and big expectation but brands does strong marketing so not a lot to do in terms of sales. Working hard is within reasons and career growth is there available for the ones who has i want to do and will do attitude.

      Cons

      Its demanding and diverse aggressive for success. Needs stronger core structure.

      Pros

      I made a couple of friends out of it. Personally styling clients ( who were mostly pleasant) I wish I could say the same for the senior members.

      Cons

      Self-righteous management aided by subservient toxic HR who would dismiss anyone who challenged them? ( Remind you of any former dictators?) There is a preference for female staff which I am not against but assuming men have no knowledge of womenswear is inaccurate.
