Good salary, flexible working and good working hours. Great team and working environment - what else can I add? :-) I’m a firm believer that work should remain as work and not a social “let’s make friends” type of environment (to all the snowflakes out there claiming they can’t be friends with people without being told they can’t) - I can’t agree.. I haven’t experienced this at all. I’m very grateful for the colleagues I have and the team I’m in. The management takes great pride in their staff. Unless you’ve worked in a heavy sales environment with unrealistic targets and management over your head, you haven’t had it bad at all. SOL Retail is the opposite to this, every day is different and there is always something you can do! Staff are nice and the overall environment is friendly and welcoming.

things can change drastically very quickly every day. JUST STAY ON YOUR TOES - and you’ll be fine.
