      Pros

      I don't like anything about this company. The work culture of the manufacturing units, specifically the attitude of co-workers is horrible.

      Cons

      People don't let you grow in this company. Human Resources gives promotion only to those working in the Head Office and Corporate HR. People at the manufacturing units who work way more than that of the Head Office don't get any kind of growth. People at the Head Office enjoy all the perks available to them whereas the condition of manufacturing units is pathetic.

      Best learning Experience as there is three months of training for Freshers, If your boss is good, You can learn a lot. Senior Management is very good.

      Cons

      Hierarchy and opportunities are less if you working in thier manufacturing unit
