      I got a lot of training,that will come in handy when looking for a better job.they provided me with 3 iicrc certification.

      Cons

      They are the most sexist company ive ever worked for.the men make more money,given better opportunities,and allowed many "screw ups"without repercussions.

      Flexible schedule and understanding of work-family balance. Opportunities to receive outdoor industry product discounts. Good place to be for contract, short-term work, or entry level physical work.

      Poorest of management styles and strategic thinking. Lack of organizational structure, training, policies. Strong absence of accountability. Unethical behavior condoned among management.
