You're paid on time. That's about it. Job is easy.
Cons
All of management, leads included. Unprofessional. Horrible HR. Telling on each other is rewarded. No chance of moving up. Personal vendettas against employees. Must have a personal relationship with management to be considered for a promotion. Micro managing to the fullest. They even track your "personal" time.
