      Good company that's very generous in supporting their employees.

      Pros

      There is a great commitment to mentoring and education for those who seek it out. Benefits are extremely generous. Leadership genuinely cares about doing whatever it takes to make the team successful. Vision for the future is very motivating.

      Cons

      Lack of client diversification makes stability and advancement opportunities a question mark. The lack of a bench makes many employees feel like their employment hinges on their current project continuing.

      Pros

      Many smart people make the STA brand what it is.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the core values that the company projects are simply not put into practice and are grossly untrue. I personally felt there were large ethical violations across the board that are purposely ignored and cross blatant legal boundaries. Working there as a female is even more difficult.
