    Pros

Wonderful, friendly people work at Saatchi. HR reqllynworks hard to plan events and happy hours to boost morale.

    Cons

People are not held accountable for their work. PMs are not that good, and new business has not been won in a long time.

I worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The people at Saatchi are hard to come by. You become close with your team and they, as well as leadership, have your back. The culture suffered with the move from Park Avenue to 1675 Broadway, however HR is actively trying to rebuild. You will work with smart people who want to perform at the highest level and deliver top notch work who also genuinely care about you and your well being.

    Cons

ABW (activity based working) seating, current office location (though they are moving again), low salaries

    Advice to Management

The agency would benefit from the executive leadership team being more involved in the culture and engaging with employees of all levels. Leaders should be leading and that will trickle down to the junior most employees.

I have been working at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    * Culture - the nicest people I've ever worked with, no divas here (maybe one or two but that's it)! All hands on deck mentality, teams are very collaborative, no job too small or too big for anyone. * Work/Life balance - very respectable. For the industry, you can't really do better. Dedicated wellness room – houses in-house acupuncturist, reflexologist, and chiropractor. * Professional/personal development -... great training/workshop opportunities provided by the Publicis network (Mission 650 has been amazing)! Review cycles every 6 months, ample opportunity to receive recognition and promotions * Benefits - lots of great benefits and company perks, 401k starts on day one, plenty of days off.

    Cons

    * Experience varies pending on department/team. There are few teams here that are less desirable * Would like more flexibility to work remotely and flexible schedules but I think they're working on that

    Advice to Management

    * Continue to work on remote working and flexible scheduling options - you'll get the most out of your employees when they're happy and grateful

I have been working at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They always say if you are the smartest person in the room, find a different room! Well that is never the case here! In just a few months time of working here I have been a part of such amazing conversations and have learned so much from the Senior Leadership team on down. They are constantly trying to find ways to improve and grow, and are willing to let you do whatever is necessary to develop in your career. Every... day I come to work there is a noticeable buzz in the office, the pride that is being taken in the day to day work is unlike anything I have seen. No to mention working in the Health and Wellness space there is a sense of purpose in everything you do, you are truly changing people's lives and everyone here knows it! Oh and the views from the 23rd and 24th floor are awesome!

    Cons

Wish the layout of the seating was a bit different, but we make it work!

    Advice to Management

Take everything you have done on the inside and push it out to the outside world. Let everyone know WHY SSW is the place to work!

I worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Family, like atmosphere - fun parties.

    Cons

I worked in the Sydney office The large workload and digital work/schedules are completely misunderstood by top-level management. They have no clue, and although they have good intentions this leads to continual misunderstanding and micromanagement of digital workflow and outcomes. It is a difficult place to work harmoniously - every job seems to spiral out of control. They are also, very cheap. Most... people leave because they hardly (never promote) with financial reward. I would not recommend this agency as an employee or client.

I worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ability to work on some strong brands.

    Cons

Little chance for growth within a group. New space leads to less communication if that was possible.

    Advice to Management

The creatives heading up the groups keep their best interest in mind—and are not concerned with the development of the greater whole, or what's best for the future of the agency, or client. They just want to stay relevant.

I have been working at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Awesome people, good creative leadership. Decent salary and some benefits. Flexible work from home policy.

    Cons

Insane/unreasonable workload on some brands impacting work life balance. No tuition reimbursement and expensive health insurance policy. No assigned seating, store your things in a locker and sit anywhere.

    Advice to Management

Don't overload full time employees, creates frustration and resentment. Consider expanding benefits package to include tuition reimbursement.
