    Pros

    Sage have been absolutely fantastic with the way they have handle the changes that Covid-19 has had on its employees. Starting from getting us ready to work from home to offering us discounted apps for our health & wellbeing! I am truely amazed at how brilliant Sage have been and I am so grateful that they continue to check in and make sure we are all ok and are able to do our job from home.

    Right now, nothing. I am happy with everything Sage is doing.

    I have been working at Sage part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Being part of a business that proactively cares about all its employees at the time of Covid-19. Having fully switched to remote home-based working we've ended up with a stronger level of engagement, honesty and culture than ever. Makes me feel proud to be a small part of the Sage family.

    Like every organisation at this time it's difficult to predict what the future holds. age is no better than worse than any other business in this respect.

    I have been working at Sage full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Quality products, excellent customer service and managers and leadership team that really cares about their staff and their customers. Lots of opportunity for progression as well as Sage foundation days that give back to local communities globally.

    Cons

    It’s a large organisation and we can over complicate processes sometimes but currently we have got it right.
