    Pros

A great sense of belonging and being part of a company who truly cares. Flexible and supportive to ensure colleagues can continue to operate in the current crisis whilst also ensuring offering a raft of support for personal and individual circumstances.

    Cons

I genuinely, do not have a negative comment at this point in time.

I have been working at Sage full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Sage is truly a great place to work, excellent culture, flexibility, work life balance, plus 5 Days volunteering with Sage Foundation to give back. It really feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction, even in the face of challenges. In my role I have the autonomy to deliver but with the right level of support from leadership. The response to COVID19 has also been exceptional.

    Cons

    It is a complex business

I worked at Sage full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The culture is their strongest asset. The people stay to be a part of something big. Lots of CSR activities and if youa re based in one of the major offices you share in the success by having accessibility to the core of the company.

    Cons

If you aren't in Newcastle it's not quite as good. If you aren't in one of the larger offices it can be difficult to realise you are even part of Sage. Salaries were not competitive. So many rounds of redundancy - it seemed part of the business strategy was to acquire and then slash (which is quire cut throat compared to the family culture impression from elsewhere)

I have been working at Sage full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Large organization with small company feel. Sage is not hung up on bureaucracy, and very easy to communicate throughout organization - Up, down, and sideways! Everything I've seen and experienced is that Sage truly does care about their employees' well-being.

    Cons

In reality all jobs have some downsides, but I am still trying to find something worthwhile to list for another's benefit. Anything I could really think of would be a petty complaint resulting from me waking up on the wrong side of the bed.
