      Pros

      I've been working with Salesflow for almost three years and it's been an excellent experience overall. The founders and leadership team are intelligent and empathetic. I've learned a lot directly from each of them and they encourage and stimulate professional growth. Coworkers are talented and passionate about what they do. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. There's an enthusiasm in the office due to the positive direction the company is heading in. The office is located just off of Canal Street in Manhattan, close to several subway stations so my commute has always been easy.

      Cons

      The work each person does has a genuine effect on the company, which comes with a certain amount of pressure.

      Pros

      Training is good for first timers. Location is accessible.

      Cons

      This company has no standards, no process and definitely no sense of direction.The high employee turnover results in no continuity and incomplete projects. It also leads to delays and overtime for the employees that are left in the company. These employees are overly stressed cause there is no proper turnover of the unfinished projects and they have to figure it out all by themselves.

      Fun company that where everyone works hard

      Pros

      - Product that sells itself (customers really understand and need what I am tasked with selling) - Well oiled team (every person and department has very strict functions and people don't have to wear so many hats) - Good vibe (company has happy hours, team Jenga, and Connect 4)

      Cons

      - Open office layout (gets really loud) - Office is first floor (gets loud from outside traffic) - Always has music playing (I wear headphones to mitigate)
