      Pros

      They really want you to enjoy your time at the office. They have things for your breaks like games, netflix, free beverages including coffee and rockstars, and dogs in the office. Its a small company with a very open-minded owner so you can make your role match your capabilities.

      Cons

      There's only one level of management which can make them very busy.

      - Manager is helpful and attentive - Lots of responsibility and problems to solve - Lots of work/life flexibility - 99% work-from-home - Good benefits (health care and gym membership)

      Cons

      - The team dynamic needs serious work. Values pure intelligence over cooperation. - Very repetitive projects 80% of the time. With effort, a lot of it could be automated. On the other hand, tasks will vary from very easy to downright impossible. - Unable to commit to a technology stack. Be prepared to wear a lot of hats. - There are a lot of entry-level developers working here. Most developers who join in have never experienced the required technology.
