Pros
Good for employees who are interested to seek long term career in logistics. Employees will not be dismissed unless act of misconduct. Intensive training were provided. Good housing benefit.
Cons
No work life balance. Depending on department, overtime can be more than 100 hours per month. Overtime might not be paid fully. Lack of empathy, dissatisfaction, lack of motivation and disengagement are observed. Core values are pledged every morning but failed to see any actual actions taken.
