I have been working at Sanofi full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The pay is good in comparison to other industries

    Cons

Remove all of the lower management team and start again, ideally recruiting managers from other industries that are not entrenched in the ridiculous disorganised culture that dominates the Haverhill site currently.
