    Good accommodation in Riyadh, free transportation to work and back.
    Salary always on time.

    Cons

    Long working hours, too many domestic flights, not so many international flights;
    Management is very often slow with processing requests.

    Pro-crew. 5 free tickets a year, amd unli ticket discounts to other airlines under skyteam alliance. Well-compensated. Chill.

    The country itself is too close minded and conservative. Just respect their culture and you're way to go.
