      I worked at Saudi Aramco

      Pros

Good development and training opportunities, work-life balance, good payment comparing to the type of work

      Cons

Poor leadership and Bureaucracy. People do not have voice. Most initiatives are forced and just to fill paper. In paper everything looks good but in reality it is not

      Advice to Management

Talk more to your employees and listen to them carefully. There is a war on talent and you will lose your talent if you do not reward and motivate them.

      No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Saudi Aramco for more than 3 years

      Pros

Do not need a degree to get a higher position.

      Cons

There is no support from management. Women are treated like secretaries, for the most part, regardless of their education.

      Advice to Management

Saying "thank you" and "good job" goes a long way. Consider cutting the ego a bit.

I have been working at Saudi Aramco

      Pros

Respected and recognized Company name. Large scale operation and global opportunities.

      Cons

It is hard to move upward. Company's operation doesn't train you for advanced skills. Work culture isn't conductive to learning and doesn't push to the limit to learn and apply new concepts.

I have been working at Saudi Aramco full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Friendly environment at times, work flexibility, good compensation package, highly reputed amongst community as an SA employee, alot of other worthy perks.

      Cons

You become a robot doing routinic work, not challenging, doing systematic jobs like monthly variance analysis with no diversity to learn or develop other skills, no chance to move out to another department or do another job. (forced to stay where I am). In other words, department does not care about employee's development as long as the work is flowing.
