    Pros

    very stable, well established, pay is good though not the best, great benefits, respectable people.

    Cons

    a lot of politics because the opportunities are limited. It has an Aramco culture that other employees care about more than your job performance.

    -Career progression is very slow and random. - Slow organization, which means projects or changes take forever to materialize. - Expect to be micromanaged. -Hyper competition. - Too much fronting. - Lack of accountability.
