    I worked at Saudi Aramco

    Pros

Absolutely best benefits available. Good Atmosphere with knowledgeable management. Saudi Aramco schools are top notch. The Lifestyle is extremely comfortable and well funded.

    Cons

The management is almost exclusively Saudi so if your aspirations are on the people management side, foeget it. You need to be a technical expert and be willing to grow up the technical side.

    Advice to Management

Loosen up the nationality requirement and definitely loosen the age requirements. Mandatory retirement is only 60 years. Most people are not ready to retire at that age.

I have been working at Saudi Aramco full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Pay, generous annual leave. There is potential for very interesting and challenging work for self motivated people.

    Cons

Location, lack of variety for off hours entertainment. Can be tough place if you need a lot of direction, as management tends to ignore high maintenance employees.

I have been working at Saudi Aramco full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Salary and benefits for expats if they do not mind the dead career end

    Cons

career death politics, very political indeed overhead in logistics, support, almost everything no trust, nor transparency, nor accountability or taking responsibility blame culture and trying to find the scapegoat

    Advice to Management

Utilize an open mindset, be decision makers not paper pushers trust your employees fire the slackers and ass lickers

I have been working at Saudi Aramco

    Pros

it is a company that one feels proud to work for. there are unlimited opportunities for personal and career growth in addition to the wide range of opportunities and business field beig offered. it is an honor to work for Saudi Aramco.

    Cons

Like in any other company in the world, there remains to be pockets of poor performers and sarcastic people at individual and managment levels.

    Advice to Management

Good things are hard to come by. There are a lot of employees who clearly understand the change takes time and we are all for it. Keep up the good work.
