    Pros

    Career progression, I started 18 years ago as a Sales Engineer wanting to be a Sales Director. Schneider provided the career path and training for me to flourish, make no mistake though if you want it you have to work hard for it. Also, diversity and inclusion is a huge driver which ensures that you are constantly working with the best and most dynamic thinking team.

    Cons

    None for me but for some people change, we all think we can change and adapt quickly but in reality, can you. If you can and are ready to give above and beyond I look forward to working with you.

    Unfortunately there are Micromanagers all around the business who care for numbers more than the people. We cannot utilise some of the benefits as our managers don’t allow us.
