Pros

Ok salary, some flexibility, some good people to work with. Sometimes tries to improve what it does... Though often not in a genuine way.

Cons

Tries to do everything on the cheap. Does not care about staff retention, and has no real vision. Also doesn't really communicate well with employees, making it hard to care about what we do.

Pros

Good location and amenities; reasonably friendly atmosphere including staff activities; opportunities to move forward in the business...

Cons

...or be kept firmly in your place and left feeling unappreciated; not interested in retaining staff, or particularly in nurturing their talents, especially if a small outlay of cash is required. Office politics are rife and utterly tedious.
