As a junior staffer, the level of industry expertise and is excellent and peerless Opportunity to progress high, if motivated by sector VERY flat corporate structure Access to insightful staff/leadership team Work-life balance is very much what you want to make of it. Excellent vs other firms at a junior level

Pay is poor Benefits are poor Pressure on management team is very high vs rewards Single-area focus means little opportunity for movement within the firm
