    Flexible working which provides a good work/life balance, good communication within my unit from senior managers, team-working and support from colleagues is also a huge plus

    I have been working at Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great initiatives to be involved with and distinct career path opportunities. Staff are given autonomy to work flexibly and with creatively and have various options to learn and develop their skills. A genuine family feel to the whole organisation. Communication is excellent and staff are kept up to date with strategies, business plans etc. Overall staff engagement is higher than most other Government Departments.

    I.T. is still catching but is there's been a concerted effort made to improve in this respect.
