I’ve had a positive experience working at Scratch. Teams are collaborative, genuinely willing to help each other, and treat one another with respect. I’ve appreciated the transparency from leadership and the focus on continuous improvement. The company does move quickly, but there’s a lot of opportunity to take ownership and make a real impact. The remote work environment is also a huge plus, supporting flexibility.

Cons

Like most fast-growing companies, things can change quickly, and there are periods where priorities shift, requiring teams to adapt quickly. With evolving processes, we sometimes have to move fast while building structure along the way.

Great company, culture and product

Pros

Strong leadership team, especially the 2 co-founders. While the company is no longer "small" by start-up terms, there is still an intimacy and closeness throughout the team. I believe leadership is meaningfully invested in their employees and this generates strong buy-in from the reps. There is great work life balance, and competitive compensation for the market/role. The product is also innovative, truly differentiated, and well-liked by users/customers.

Cons

The only con is that priorities in terms of market segment and revenue strategy are changed with greater than average frequency.
