Pros
Friendly store staff and management, good pay even for -18s, there is the possibility to move up within the company, there's usually lots of overtime hours. Discount is great.
Cons
Management sometimes hire the wrong people as flexibility is very poor from colleges (Usually had to work on my holiday). Higher management turn a blind eye to some of the struggles in store.

Good pay, good (pre covid) hours. Frequent offer changes to keep things fresh and different. Good programmes go progress in career if that's what you seek.
Cons
As with most jobs there's a few. Being a mostly male environment you can get some disgusting comments made to you from customers and even some staff being the main downside. You could be working 10+ days in a row.
