I have been working at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great park employees. Great party leadership.

    Cons

Not enough leadership. No accountability. Expensive benefits. Corporate management is untrained and does not fight for the employees. Employees get no raises. Nearly no bonuses in many years. Don't expect bonus and you'll be happy.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect. Reinstate the additional levels of leadership. It's rare to see someone takes notice of the good or bad. There are rumors of a large flight in January, just be aware.
