Pros
The animals. They are amazing and need the interaction of the trainers to thrive.
Cons
Company/investor focused. Labor, supplies, benefits, everything is cut to benefit the bottom line. No consideration is given to retention of employees. Morale is low among employees. Little community vibe.

Pros
It is a really cool job. You get to dive with most of the animals.
Cons
It is a very physically demanding job. The hours are very unusual. There is no benefits if your part time, and you'll be lucky to ever make full time unless you are hired originally as full time. The pay is horrible for what you are expected to do.
Pros
Honestly the animals are cute.
Cons
Not a fun place to be, don’t do it.
