I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment part-time

    Pros

It is a really cool job. You get to dive with most of the animals.

    Cons

It is a very physically demanding job. The hours are very unusual. There is no benefits if your part time, and you'll be lucky to ever make full time unless you are hired originally as full time. The pay is horrible for what you are expected to do.

I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great pay, you can get into the parks with you id and get other tickets for family and friends, they have an app where you can see you schedule and make any arrangements, great environment, chill vibes,

    Cons

you have to wait months to apply again after your seasonal job is over, you can't change your seasonal job over to and part-time position , you have to 90 days to get tickets when you first start, you have to go through the long training process if you apply again,

I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Animals... Scuba diving is a fun job.

    Cons

Annual layoffs to save money (which seemingly goes to CEO and other higher ups)... Money is the bottom line, don't care about employees... Always looking to hire less experienced (cheaper) employees... Two part time employees are cheaper than a full time, benefited employee!

I have been working at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment part-time

    Pros

The people you work with turn into your family and your best friends. People care when something’s going on

    Cons

The company doesn’t care about their workers. They cut hours, don’t allow part time workers to work over 30 hours and they only care about making money.

I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free access to SeaWorld Parks Nationwide and employees get into Universal for free, good co-workers, good variety of employee discounted food, good training and easy job overall, liked the uniform shirt but not the high-waisted shorts. I would recommend this job if you're nearby and can handle the outside heat, although it's usually only $11/hr it's decent compared to most jobs only paying $8-10, although I feel it should be $12-13 minimum.

    Cons

Only up to 29 hours part time, summer heat working outside can get to you especially over 100 degree real feel, okay management depending on department some are better than others, employee access to food can be "cheap" but could be better priced overall instead of per item, lowest paying theme park in Orlando area

    Pros

Good hours, tons of benefits for both part-time, full time, and seasonal workers.

    Cons

managers don't care about availability, if they're understaffed, they would schedule you on days you cant work.

I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Small park compared to Universal and Disney and you get to know everyone and become part of the SeaWorld family and develop a lot of work related friends. Easy to drive in and out and parking. Fun position to work and greet and help guest. Great supervisors to work with (Sergeants, Captains) plus HR is the greatest!

    Cons

Poor micro-management Security Manager. I was there 5 years part-time and would have stayed longer and worked full-time except for management.
