      Profit sharing plan is amazing. You are treated right. The owner even walks around shaking peoples hands and chit chats with you.

      Coworkers can be difficult at times to work with. What job isn’t like that? Lol

      They do give profit sharing to their employees, but they also boast about it like they are the only ones that do.

      Cons

      No growth at all within the company. If you are good hard worker just expect to get more work with no pay increase. Nepotism runs rampant through management.
