      The CTO was brilliant and both inspiring and good at guiding. Good hours.

      Some odd characters at this company. Most of the work becomes repetitive.

      Pros

      Varied work, interesting clients, some good people. Best idea always wins. Fairly good benefits. Satisfactory amount of team outings / drinks.

      Cons

      Lack of investment in employees. Low salaries, little recognition for the most hardworking people, recognition for the least. Unprofessional attitude towards team turnover. Inter-personal relationships with management and team has undercurrent of unease.
