Pros
Less volatile collection agency. The clients they work with provide paper that you can liquidate consistently. It takes a little while to build a desk, but once you do you can consistently hit every month. The management staff has your back. Not everything will go your way, but you will have support. Relaxed environment. As anywhere, there are certain things they focus on, but overall it's a pretty relaxed setting.
Cons
The backend administration gets a lot of things wrong. The HR department has a hard time resolving issues and completing basic tasks. Paychecks are sometimes wrong. It always gets corrected but can take some time.

Comfy chairs, good cleaning company
Cons
The owner is a dinosaur, thinks he is right about everything. Won’t take suggestions, takes away people’s vacation time, and fires people. The pay is just above sweat shop regulations.
