      - Great colleagues - Opportunity to progress - Good social events - Reasonable financial package and good bonus - Hard work is recognised and rewarded - Progression and development encouraged - The branch management is good and really try to look after employees however the higher level management appear to constrain the guys at branch level in terms of resources.

      Cannot really think of anything good since I joined besides some nice people.

      Cons

      Too complicated, multi-layered management structure. Majority of mid level management has no idea what they are doing. Promotions are not on merit; no clear corporate strategy; pay is poor; handlers come and go so quick that there is no stability in the teams; lack of progression; only senior management is entitled to bonuses; no pay reviews unless you progress to another grade which is rare
