        The wales office is pretty central

        Cons

        Management - higher and lower all of who were entirely incompetent Mico-managing of employees Pay for what is essentially a high stress / high risk job is appalling. Just above basic. No support and very limited training

        Learn to handle the truth. Changing the business name wont help you escape the poor and rightful reputation you have.

        Team keep you going.

        Cons

        Poor salary. Poor management Wrong people promoted, never promoted on merit or experience only on who brown noses. They then dont know what you do if you do technical claims and expect everything done yesterday. Dont go there if you want a life

            At cunningham lindseys solihull office. None whatsoever. Such an awful experience
