    Pros

Friendly working environment, city centre location and the company will fund you to gain professionally recognised qualifications that you can take elsewhere. A good starting point To gain industry experience and qualifications for a career in insurance.

    Cons

Heavy workload at times, very few opportunities for career progression and below average salaries compared to similar roles at rival companies.

I have been working at Sedgwick Claims Management Services full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good location In glasgow city

    Cons

Management Only promote people they are formerly with, so very little chance of progression unless your in with the management. They may advertise it as 35 hours. But I do close 50 ( without) extra pay. Just to keep on top on the claims. Due to the managements incredibly near impossible targets. I would only ever work in a place like this. If I had no other option. The turnover of staff is very high.

I have been working at Sedgwick Claims Management Services full-time

    Pros

None what so ever at all

    Cons

Management are shambles- need a proper clear out. There is no mutual ground. They threaten to fire employees in meetings. This office is all with favouritism, if you're not a favourite you are a target. One rule for some and another for others.
