    Cons

    Management are shambles- need a proper clear out. There is no mutual ground. They threaten to fire employees in meetings. This office is all with favouritism, if you're not a favourite you are a target. One rule for some and another for others.

    Pros

    City Centre Location. Can work from home at times Hours pretty flexible - longer in the winter - but I start and finish around my commitments most of the time.

    Cons

    Salary doesn't stack up to the work you do - at all. I basically work a day a week for free to meet the demands of the role. The movement in IT is slooooowww so the organisation is behind its competitors Toxic gossip culture of Cunningham Lindsey remains Not all existing management have moved with the new culture

    Office is easy to get to

    Cons

    Where do you start? The mamangement in telephony based departments is terrible, full of toxic, one up brown nosers. They haven't a clue on man management and like to rule with fear. Your told about a bus that needs to be on, but that bus really doesnt exist. The majority of handlers have a playground mentality that is stroked by management and the good agents are left without development which seem to be some sort of vile word as unless you've got your nose up someone's butt the likely hood of you stepping up is non existant. Agents having relations with managers, managers having meltdowns in front of their employees-its an absolute embarrassment. People can't wait to get off the department. There are better managers doing better jobs closer to the offering, that don't even realise how much they're getting slagged off. Jealousy and toxicity to the core.
