Pros
Excellent work environment, flexible hours, great benefit, and excellent organization. It's fantastic how transparent the company's operations are and the co-workers are great to be around.
Cons
There's not many cons with the job actually. Some people might find the tasks difficult and the fast paced environment might not be for everyone, but overall it's a pretty great place to be in.
