      The president of the Company, Chris Mobley, suggests that an 8 hour workday is a "suggested minimum". The emphasis for this company is to keep projects on time no matter what the outcome is to the personal lives of their employees. The company drives its workers like slaves in order to deliver on its promises to the customer, These promises are not scoped out correctly and the admins and engineers suffer because of it.
