      Pros

      None. No pros at this company making it worth working here. Pay is below market value. Expectations are unrealistic and not and enjoyable work environment

      Not related to the management, don’t count on a promotion. Company has potential if it can stay up to date on new developments and processes

      Pros

      Company is always looking for creative ways to improve culture and satisfaction of employees. Lots of company events, from summer picnics to holiday parties, and even small, silly things like an all-day game of "capture the flag" to celebrate National Recess Day. Company committed to giving back to local communities. Has lots of company volunteer events, and also give employees 8 hours/year of "volunteer time off" to do their own volunteering. Summer hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day when employees get to leave work at 2PM on Fridays (without using PTO or making up the time)!

      Cons

      Flex time is not an option in many departments, so in their effort to be fair to everyone, they don't offer it at all. They are looking into creative ways to start to incorporate it.

      Pros

      Everyone is accountable for the success of the organization. Just won a Stevie Award in Customer Service. Company is in fast growth mode. Terrific product to compete in the mid - large market

      Cons

      Work life balance is a little off but rewards of success are good. Can have the feeling of micro-management at times.
