Pros

Bring home a pay check. But it's at the federal poverty level.

Cons

This is the most toxic, psychotic, incestual place I've ever worked. If you're not besties with the family that owns the business forget about it. Overjoyed that I was laid off.

Some of the people that work there are great people.

Cons

After working in management here for over four years I see now scandalous this company is. The problem is this starts at the top and his forced downward. Almost everybody that works here except for upper management is not truly happy in their job. I have seen them do contracting work without a license, forced technicians to take shortcuts for better profit, and even though they received money from the government for COVID-19 relief but would not pay out these funds to their employees who got Covid due to a loophole they found. I would avoid these guys at all cost.
