      Very High technology with Next Generation Sequencing revolution and cutting-edge and robust sequencing applications with real world

      Cons

      Only certain people will get promoted over and over again, and if you are not one of those people don't expect to get promotion at all!!

      Well, it was a job.

      Cons

      Worse than the Army. Smart employees are treated like poop. Middle management sucks up and manages up, and forgets the people doing the work. Management lies constantly and is not accountable. On my grave I regret the time I spent here.

      Pros

      Sequenom is dedicated to the science and furthering innovation. They were the first company to bring NIPT to market and continue to drive the science further.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely disconnected from the marketplace. While they are focused on the science, they are completely missing the boat when it comes to making our services accessible to patients. Furthermore, the company is exceptionally cheap and actually making incentive money is extremely difficult.
