    Pros

    Best place to learn how to cook the books and avoid paying taxes.

    Cons

    They constantly change the company that your paid from so they can act like constant underpayment of employees is not purposeful. They use sanimaster 6 to disinfect when it's not approved for use on covid 19. Everything about this company is a mess I've spent over a decade in the industry and I've never dealt with such a shady underhanded mismanaged company.

    I worked at ServiceMaster full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Always at work. Some workers are pleasant.

    Cons

    Working for this company is a complete nightmare. The managers think they own you, and does not respect your work/life balance. When they call you, you must be available 24hours a day, 7 days a week, even if you are not on call. They expect employees to work overtime, and everyday to ensure that the job is done, but you are not allowed to be off on the weekends. When manager mess up on jobs, they do not take responsibility and try to blame the workers for their error. They will steal your equipment, and claim you 'lost it' and charge you for it, and give the same equipment to a next employee. The work is physically demanding and the management does not care. They will not pay you fairly. I do not recommend this company to anyone at all.

    Pros

    Supportive atmosphere that leaves room for growth if you want to put in the work to pursue it. Exerts efforts to support the community. Pay also seems to be good.

    Cons

    Can be inconsistent around goals and projects; results in whiplash of strategy. Pay is better than benefits.

    +It's a job, but with a lackluster benefits package +Temporary remote work policy

    Cons

    -No opportunities for career advancement -Responsibility and Compensation don't scale together -If you're not a "Rockstar!" in your field, management won't invest in you -Multiple failed culture initiatives -CEO changes every two years -Constantly acquiring and selling off businesses from under the umbrella
