    it is employment at the end of the day

    Cons

    hours...... very little full time posistions...only 2 1/2 to 3 hours per day

    Advice to Management

    spread your wings and move to look for full time contracts 30 to 40 hours per week..we do a high standard clean and deserve a high standard wage the council cleaners get paid well and do the very same job as ourselves...

    Friendly and inclusive. Felt valued as an employee. Learned a lot about a wide variety of things. Decent benefits. Flexibility for work/life balance.

    Stressful at times. Longer hours during busy times, which can be at unexpected times.

    Great hours, good work home balance

    Cons

    Leadership only listens to one side, that’s not fair to be targeted from negative employees who don’t care about anything but complaining. Wish leadership would came out more to judge before making rash decisions that affect hard working people.

    Advice to Management

    Please get 100% facts before making decisions. You really affect people life’s when you go by her say. You promise to visit and help but never hear from leadership until something wrong. That’s poor leadership. Stop getting rid of the good people and deal with the problems people or it’s going to ruin the company reputation that it worked so hard to build.

    I have been working at ServiceMaster full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    My co-workers are awesome and we all help each other to meet dead lines and goals .

    Cons

    Upper management piles accounts on you without out even looking at your work load. Some Representatives have 5 account some have 60 and the balance is not fair but management doesn't care. They are severely under staffed, the only thing they care about is the bottom line. Insurance is high and the pay is minimal.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employee' s when they say they are stressed and they cant take anymore accounts. Invest in a trainer and stop through your new employee's in these position without proper training.
