Pros
A business with people who genuinely do their best to do the right thing. Including consideration of work-life balance, stress.
Cons
People seem to be spread thinly in a number of areas, so it can be difficult to do a good job and bring in new improvement when people only have time to focus on only very urgent work.

Thanks for the review. Great to hear you enjoy the work/life balance as it's really important. We appreciate the feedback too as we do want everyone to be able to develop in their roles and our 'Developing You' pages of our intranet offers great guideance on how to do that at any point in your career with us. As for the Graduate and Undergraduate schemes it might feel bigger than it is, as some of schemes require new graduates rotate through diffrent departments to gain experience. Historically we take about 30 new Graduates or Undergraduate placement students each year across the business departments. With about 6000 employees here at Severn Trent at the moment, we think thats about right for us for now and helps us grow new talent for the future too.
