Pros

The people made this a great place to work! So many people were likeminded and want to work their best to offer new lives to patients who needed it most. Guidance and support by the CEO and VP of Operations was top notch and really made my time at SPG rewarding. Leadership is open to ideas to always improve…I never felt like I didn’t have a voice. The core values are the forefront and expected to be followed which help shape the culture. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I have referred others to join… if you do, you won’t be disappointed!

Cons

Fast growing which means fast moving. Requires pivoting and balancing multiple priorities but it also creates great learning opportunities.
