redesigning how coaching is delivered in a more accessible way, both addressing the unique needs of the individual and the strategic goals of the organisation. The combination of micro tasks and personalised learning paths with live coaching is second to none

Cons

The planning of how to build the organisation, but that is totally part of being a hyper-scale tech company.
